Advanced Restoration and Conservation Works

We carry out decorative painting either in accordance with historical models and traditional finishing methods, or using modern paints, materials, and stencils. In conservation and restoration projects, our strength lies in our skilled conservators and master restorers, whether the work involves conservation cleaning, consolidation of surface materials, or retouching.

In contracting work for culturally and historically significant buildings, protected sites, and other high-value properties, a high level of professional expertise is always required. These projects often involve experts from the Finnish Heritage Agency, city museums, or regional museums. For protected buildings, the property owner is obliged to use a qualified contractor approved by the relevant heritage authorities for the implementation of the project. We carry out contracting work in close cooperation with museums on many projects, and this type of work is part of our everyday operations. Securing funding for the restoration of heritage buildings requires, from the very beginning, the involvement of a contractor approved by the relevant museum authorities. We have successfully completed numerous projects that, through our collaboration, have received project funding, for example from regional museums.
