We carry out stairwell renovation works from floor to ceiling. A typical project includes painting and surface levelling and preparation work, as well as minor electrical works related to lighting and wiring systems. In addition, we perform maintenance and repair of mosaic, vinyl, and concrete floor finishes. In newer buildings, stairwell renovations often include acoustic improvements to enhance sound control and overall comfort. In older properties, projects frequently involve decorative painted surfaces and, where required, restoration and conservation work to preserve original architectural details.

Facade Renovation & Painting

Facade renovation is often one of the most significant investments for housing associations. A professionally executed facade renovation restores the building’s original condition while improving living comfort and increasing property value. We carry out facade renovation and painting projects ranging from single-family homes to larger residential buildings and housing associations. In facade works, we are experienced in treating mineral-based surfaces, including traditional lime painting and rendering, as well as decorative plastering and architectural details such as cornices and eaves. We also specialize in modern thin-coat and fibre-reinforced rendering systems, which can be applied using spray techniques through to the final finishing stages.

Feature Walls, Specialty Flooring & Wallpapering

We carry out all types of decorative painting, textured coatings, and wallpapering work, from surface preparation through to final finishing, including trim and installation work. We are an authorized microcement applicator certified by SBL, and have completed installations using microcement and decorative coating systems from various international suppliers.

Design and Consultancy Services

Upon request, we provide surface finishing design plans, as well as consultancy on materials and colour schemes. We also supervise project execution to ensure that the work is carried out according to the agreed specifications. We have long-standing experience in serving housing associations in design coordination, site supervision, and tendering processes.
